Andy Anderson 

Since leaving the Army, Andy has spent his entire career in sales and management in some role or other. Prior to setting up the family business, he was employed as a management consultant implementing “best practice” and customer care policies for some of the largest motor manufacturers in Europe before moving on to Estate Agency with the world’s largest franchise. His first experience with the industry however was a couple of years earlier when he used a large Agency to sell his first home in Garrowhill and witnessed at first hand how bad and overpriced the service was.

When he decided to start their own business he was determined not to follow the same template but provide an all-inclusive service based solely on house sales without the distraction of selling legal and financial products ensuring the focus was set firmly on getting the customer the best price for their home.

Having lived in the area for over 40 years, the family is well known and it was important for them to generate and maintain a reputation for value and service. This has resulted in Ross Anderson Ltd topping the Rightmove and Zoopla seller’s list for the area on a number of occasions.

David Anderson 

David Anderson was brought up in the Garrowhill area and since leaving school, worked in the local Housing department. Since then, he gained experience in the retail and public service industries in the East End of Glasgow.

This provided a practical insight ideal for the Letting side of the business which is one of his main responsibilities. Having a knowledge of housing and benefits processes and local “characters” has proven invaluable for many landlords.

With over 12 years experience in the family business, David has a real working knowledge of the local market which is appreciated by both sellers and buyers alike.
